Ineffable Solutions was founded in 2016 as a way to use speaking, training, and consulting to help people solve problems by focusing on the foundational concepts and skills that are that are timeless and applicable to all. Topics like trust, communication, empathy, epistemology, relativism, causality, and risk are frequently ignored and poorly understood but are often at the core of most high-level process, project, product, and business problems that are prevalent in the world today. Better understanding of these topics allows benefits to "trickle up" and...helps people solve problems!

Damian Synadinos
Hello!
My name is Damian Synadinos, and I’m the founder and owner of Ineffable Solutions.
For more than 30 years, I helped “build better software and build software better” through testing. Now, through my company Ineffable Solutions, I help “build better people” through speaking and training.
As an international speaker and trainer, I deliver keynotes, talks, and training that are focused on people. The fundamental concepts and skills that I speak on are based on real-world experience - from my diverse career spanning many roles, companies, and industries, including finance, retail, insurance, education, and realty - and supplemented with deep research.
I also helped organize the "QA or the Highway" testing conference, perform and teach theatrical improv, authored and illustrated a children’s book (“Hank and Stella in Something from Nothing”), and am an artist that draws strangers for fun.
I'm born, raised, and live in Columbus, Ohio, am happily married, and have 2 wonderful kids.
